Cristiano Ronaldo reportedly has only two exit routes out of Manchester United if he wishes to leave the club.
The Portuguese ace told United before the start of pre-season that he wished to leave the Old Trafford outfit should a 'reasonable offer' be submitted. So far there has not been an offer made to the Reds for Ronaldo however, according to The Sunday Times, the 37-year-old is still wanting to leave.
In the report it claims that two Italian sides could be keen on bringing in the forward. Firstly there is Napoli, who are thought to potentially be up for making a bid for Ronaldo if they sell Victor Osimhen who is valued at €120m.
Ronaldo's second option is AC Milan but again they would need to offload a player for that to work. In this instance Rafael Leao would have to be sold before the Serie A giants can make their advance.
Elsewhere, reports from Sky Sports are suggesting that Erik ten Hag could be looking to reward Anthony Martial with a new contract. Martial was entrusted with leading the line during the pre-season tour of Thailand and Australia, scoring three goals.
His Premier League season has not yet took off with injury halting the Frenchman's momentum. He did, however, come on to face the second 45 minutes at home to Liverpool where he impressed up top.
If he was to be offered a new deal, it would be quite the turnaround for the 26-year-old. Last season, following a disagreement with Ralf Rangnick, Martial moved on loan to Sevilla but he failed to impress in La Liga.
